SMART Housing (Safe, Mixed-Income, Accessible, Reasonably Priced, Transit-Oriented) is the City of Austin’s program designed to stimulate housing for low-and-moderate income residents. 10% of Revolve's total units are reserved for qualified SMART applicants to qualify for this program.   • 1 person $68,500
  • 2 persons $78,250
  • 3 persons $88,050

NOTE: Guarantors are permitted when applying for these units; however, their income will not be factored into the qualification process.
